Geroosterde Groenten

Een soort van herhaling.

Zeven soorten groenten, totaal een kilo (netto) in stukken gesneden. Gehusseld met 3 eetlepels olijfolie, een kwart theelepel zout & enkele halve theelepels specerijen naar keuze. In de oven (hl) geroosterd op 160 graden Celsius (halverwege verlaagd tot 150 graden Celsius) gedurende anderhalf uur. Af & toe gehusseld. Voor 3-4 personen. Lekker.
