Het sap van een citroen [tenminste 30 ml!] gemengd met 120 gram olijfolie en een ei. Het olijfoliemengsel in de keukenmachine gepulst met 125 gram zelfrijzend bakmeel, 125 gram polenta, 75 gram suiker en een 1/4 theelepel zout. Het proefpanel oordeelde dat de korst iets te kruimelig was. Volgens X ligt dat aan de olijfolie, volgens mij aan de polenta. De toekomst zal het leren.
