The second round of the food blogging event They Go Really Well Together is hosted by Tara. TGRWT is about flavour pairing and ingredients that have to be combined this time are banana and parsley
- 125 gram Turkish yoghurt
- 1 banana
- handful flat parsley leaves
Mix all the ingredients in a food processor. Serve immediatly. Banana dominates with some 'grassy' aftertaste. Chopping changes the aroma of parsley. The 'terpeny, parsley-like' note decrease, the green, 'grassy' and 'fruity' notes increase. I prefer unchopped parsley.
