Amandel Pasta

  • 250 gram ontvelde amandelen
  • 150 gram suiker
  • 1 dl water
  • 1 eetlepel corn syrup

Vermaal amandelen in keukenmachine. Verwarm water, suiker en corn syrup to suikr is opgelost. Breng aan de kook en kook door tot het suikermengsel het 'slappe bal' stadium heeft bereikt. Roer van het warmtebron af het amandelmaalsel door het suikermengsel. Kneed het geheel tot een samenhangend geheel. Bewaar luchtdicht afgesloten in de koelkast.
