  • 6 sjalotten: in kwarten gesneden & ontmanteld 
  • 2 laurierblaadjes
  • 2 kruidnagels
  • 2 eetlepels olijfolie
  • honing

Smak sjalotten, laurierblaadjes en kruidnagels in een ovenschotel. Roer olijfolie er door heen en giet honing er over heen. Anderhalf uur in oven op 160 graden Celsius. Halverwege roeren. Gegeten met gebakken rijst & verkruimelde feta.
