Julia's Brownie Explosion

Het thema van Sugar High Friday van deze maand is Surpise Inside.  De inzending van Julia van Tasting Life is de Brownie Explosion: een brownie waarin een kersenbonbon is verstopt. Zojuist heb ik een poging ondernomen om Julia's Brownie Explosions te maken. Helemaal is dat niet gelukt want ik heb ze niet heelhuids uit hun verpakking kunnen krijgen. Op dat gebied heb ik nog veel te leren. Maar ze zijn wel heel heel erg lekker. M's way:

  • 50 gram boter
  • 50 gram pure chocolade (70+% cacao)
  • 1 ei
  • 85 gram suiker
  • 35 gram bloem
  • snufje zout
  • 5 brownievormpjes

Smelt boter en chocolade in magnetron op smeltstand (4 minuten af & toe roeren). Klop eieren en suiker schuimig. Roer eerst het chocolademengsel door het eimengsel en schep daar door heen vervolgens de gezeefde bloem waaraan een snufje zout is toegevoegd. Doe in ieder brownievormpje een kersenbonbon en vul de vormpjes vervolgens met het browniebeslag. In een op 180 graden Celsius voorverwarmde oven gaar bakken in 30 minuten.
