150 gram limoenen

60 gram suiker
Borstel de limoenen goed schoon, zester ze en pers ze uit. Breng limoensap, limoenzest en suiker langzaam aan de kook (de suiker moet zijn opgelost voordat de aanstaande marmelade gaat koken) en laat 15 minuten koken. Doe de marmelade in een schoon (!) glaasje. Laat de marmelade buiten de koelkast afkoelen. Bewaar de marmelade in de koelkast.
