Pseudo Makaronen: Drie Maal Is Scheepsrecht

Vandaag tevergeefs geprobeerd marakonen (makarons?)te maken. De eerste poging resulteerde in voet- & bodemloze dingen, de tweede in bodemloze dingen en de derde in voetloze dingen.  Drie maal is scheepsrecht. Aan makaronen waag ik mij niet meer. Wel aan pseudo makarons: schuimpjes met gehakte amandelen aan elkaar geplakt met ganache.

  • 2 eiwitten
  • snufje zout
  • 6 eetlepels suiker (90 ml)
  • 25 50 gram grof gehakte amandelen

Klop de eiwitten met een snufje zout schuimig.  Voeg de suiker toe en klop het eiwitmengsel zeer stijf. Spatel de gehakte amandelen door het eiwitmengsel. Vorm met twee lepels op een ingevette en met bloem bestrooide bakplaat bergjes pseudomakaronenbeslag. Bak de pseudomakaronen in een op 130 110 graden Celsius voorverwarmde oven in ongeveer 60 minuten droog en bros. Laat de pseudo makaronen in de open oven afkoelen. Plak ze aan elkaar met ganache.
