John Wheeler keeps him self busy while his rock grass band Hayseed Dixie is on a well-deserved break after playing 1000+ shows. His solo album Un-American Gothic drops February 4, 2013 on Cooking Vinyl.
He made three videos for songs of the new album: the melancholic Little Houses in a Row, his latest single about the credit crunch, Deeper In Debt, and Eton Rifles (The Jam cover). He was quite pissed about UK Prime Minister David Cameron's remark that it was his favourite song of all time. Guess he never paid attention to the angry lyrics.
