Butane Variations

How many indie bands are there in Brooklyn? Ten thousand? Butane Variations is yet another band churning out tingling guitar songs with a country feel. Their untitled full length and an the simultaneously released outtakes ep Love Five Songs cover a wide range of subjects, including Goldie Hawn, angels and making mix tapes.

The Brooklyn sextet is a fine addition for the alt.country crowd, a bit of an afterhours Wilco.
