All the artists hail from The Netherlands, a country sonically undiscovered by most of America, but they’re ready and qualified to open their floodgates and spill their sounds over here.

Absynthe Minded

One of the best bands from Belgium Absynthe Minded have a released their third album There Is Nothing. Over the years they have moved into a more poppy direction, but their core influences - early jazz and vaudeville are still there. So what's new? Why not add a touch of psychedelica into the mix. Listen to keyboards in Stuck In Reverse. Yup, that's how Rick Wright used to sound in the early years of Pink Floyd.

Absynthe Minded: There Is Nothing

Absynthe Minded is a work-in-progress. Don't let their name fool you. They have a pretty good about what what they are doing: surprise the listener with each new release. How their next album will sound like is anyones guess.

Tour dates:
  • 10/01 De Brakke Grond, Amsterdam, The Netherlands
  • 10/18 013, Tilburg, The Netherlands

There Is Nothing is released on Universal Music Belgium.
