The Steepwater Band is a power trio from Chicago, keeping the flame of blues rock alive. Their album Revelation Sunday is a 101 for rockers who are into acts like the Bachman Tuner Overdrive, Rory Gallagher and Gov't Mule. They will be sharing the bill with the Mule in Spain this summer. The Steepwater Band are traditionalists who have no trouble finding new licks and riffs that sound familiar and refreshing. Their high energy playing is for real. Like it says on their manager's business card: "Better living through rock and roll music". Plug in your air guitar and turn it up.
