I'll cry for the Lebanese when they stop kidnapping my neighbors and lobbing missles at me. Or when they start acting like a soverign state and prevent a bunch of pirates from running their show.
Oh, wait... I forgot that when Jews do it, it's a crime and whem Arabs do it, it's "legitimate resistance."

Think again! Each civilian casualty is one too much... meaning that in Israel there are some thirty civilian casualties too many, and in Lebanon there are close to one thousand civilian casualties too many. I know whom to cry for...

Twisted media hide reality... indeed! But - unfortunately for the previous two commenters - not in favour of the Lebanese, or the Arabs at large for that matter. On the contrary: when an Arab resistance movement captures two soldiers, it is called "terrorism" and when Israel flattens half a country with bombs, missiles and artillery shells it is called "legitimate self-defence".

It is no way our fault when a sovereign country aims missles at our cities after we evacuated every centimeter of territory that was theirs and obliged to the UN resolutions reguarding the situation.
It is no way our fault when innocent civilians get slaughtered in their own balcony when drinking their morning coffee.
It is no way our fault when Iran targets not only Israel, but the entire world with a-bombs and Islamic fundementalists aim to take over the world.
Wake up! WWIII started on 9/11, and it is only thanks to folks like you, who chose to recognise themselfs with the enemy instead of standing up for the democratic life you so comfortably lead, that terror will rise its evil head again evetually, and not only against Israel, but against the entire world.
Wake up! Lebanon and Hezbollah are backed up by Iran and Al-Queda. They will not rest until Islam rules the world and all Jews and Americans will be long gone.
The war is not against ourselfs, it's against the terrorists that are coming to get all of us.

all i wnt to say that the resistnce aren't the terrorists here if they are defending Lebanon, everyday a Lebanese person is killed in the south, due to left over Isreali land mines and and snipers, Who are the terrorists now!

I think the situation and history of this region is far too complex to be debated in these little posts but the first step to any solution is to stop the aggression and violence. For the U.S. it means stop supplying arms to either side and to actively support the U.N. resolutions concerning this spreading war. You will see which nation(s) are in violation of these resolutions and which nation(s) are allowing this to be so. Opening up major new fronts is not a viable solution to anything.

I can't believe some of the posts here. I thought the Nazi's were killed off in WW2. Israel protects itself just as any other country does. When a country allows terrorist to run free and do whatever they what, there are consequences. An attack from a adjoining land is an act of war. Lebanon should have attacked the terrorist attacking Israel, they did nothing. Israel took legal matters into their hands. From my point of view, in looking at end results, Israel did not do enough. The terrorist will regroup and start over, Lebanon will do nothing again. Another song will be made and people will post saying how terrible it is. Don't blame Israel or the USA for this. Place the blame firmly where it belongs and who starts the fight....the terrorist.
When they kill innocent civilians in Israel it is a terrorist attack, when terrorist kill innocent people in Lebanon, it is a terrorist attack, when terrorist kill innocent people in Iraq, it is a terrorist attack, when terrorist kill innocent people in the USA, it is a terrorist attack...do you see a pattern developing. Terrorist kill innocent people and it is a terrorist attack.
