No rest for Warren Haynes:

Over the weekend, Bob Weir and RatDog closed out its spring tour with a series of performances at New York’s Beacon Theater. On Friday, RatDog brought out a number of notable New York musicians, including drummer Tom Hope and Groove Collective trombonist Josh Roseman, on several selections including "Scarlet Begonias" and "Iko Iko." Later Warren Haynes, who one day may retire the record for more Beacon Theater appearances than any other artist, also joined his former Dead bandmate onstage for both "The Eleven" and "Touch of Grey" during RatDog’s second set. On Saturday, keyboardist John Ginty also sat in with RatDog on "Sugaree," "Dark Star," "Bird Song" and "One More Saturday Night."
