According to Dr. Robert M. Nelson, a senior research scientist for NASA and for Caltech's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, and an international authority on image analysis, president G.W. Bush wore a device of some sort under his jacket during his first debate with John F. Kerry. After enhancement the pictures of the debate reveal a t-shaped box and even wires or tubes.
Although he did his analysis in his own time, using his home-computer and Photoshop, he employed the same techniques as in his day job, when he is measuring and analysing the craters of Titan. I am willing to stake my scientific reputation to the statement that Bush was wearing something under his jacket during the debate. This is not about a bad suit. And there's no way the bulge can be described as a wrinkled shirt

There has been some controversy about the bulge under Bush' jacket, but it is the first time scientific method was used to verify the rumours.
