nypd is targetting protesters on bicycles. on friday twohundred cyclists were reportedly arrested during the monthly
critical mass ride through manhatten. they were kept for 36 hours, spending the first night on the oily floor of a bus-garage.
today a group of cyclists was harrassed and later arrested by undercover cops on scooters, even though they were adhering strictly to all traffic regulations.
