Sometimes travelling you'll find cultural traditions that gives you these double feelings.
Shown here is a traditional dance performed in Kuajok in Southern Sudan, where I was for reports. These girls are dancing to welcome the new governor, who recently ascended the throne.
A dance like this is definitely quite nice, but on the other hand it makes me think about things I don't like. These girls now are beautiful, but still they are most likely not educated, will be married off soon , and are badly marked from top until bottom for the rest of their life.
Even though I don't want to forget about this beauty that makes many African countries real African.
Enjoy!
