'We might be dealing with someone with a multiple personality disorder.' Said Betty Bigombe in Gulu, Northern Uganda. Bigombe was involved in previous peace talks, but they all failed due to different causes. She is confident this time it could be succesful, because of the involvement of the Southern Sudanese government.
Report on a visit to Gulu. The town is flourishing, and the inhabitants seem confident in the current talks.
