Dog food for Africans

A child affected by Famine: a New zealand company wants to come to the aid of starving children by sending them tons of dog food. The food, in a powder to be mixed with water, could feed 160 orphans for two months, says the founder of the dog food firm, Ms Christine Drummond.

This makes me mad. Apparently this is the way that some Western styled people want to help. Happily the Kenyan government refuses to co-operate. I wonder what goes on in the minds of people considering this. What do they send next time, fish for the stray dogs?
