Just went to Upper Hill in Nairobi and had the interview with Kip Keino. Then I proceeded to city centre to the Akamba station. They have a direct service to Eldoret in the North of the country. Will be leaving tomorrow early, to see the work of Kip Keino in his high altitude training centre.
