Researching now a feature on braids. In all the African countries I visited they're very popular among the female population, and also some men. They come in many varieties, colors and shapes. They have one common property, it takes a lot of patience and endurance to have them done.

When you look at the people on the streets, there are so many braids waving in the wind. Think it must be a major economical force, also because they are quite expensive. Still the majority of the people manages to collect the money to get them. Some times I wonder what's wrong with plain curley hair?

Enjoy you week.
