The New York based pressure group Human Rights Watch published a new report today on the humanitarian situation in Northern Uganda. They call it the 'most uprooted and forgotten crisis' in the world. Nineteen years of civil conflict passed. 10,000nds of people died, and more people then in Darfur, 1.6 million, got internally displaced. The report is under strict embargo until 13 September, 12.00 AM, East Africa time.
Am off to Uganda for an update on the situation.
