In Sub Saharan countries above Southern Africa the Internet connections tend to be quite slow. For the growing number of video syndicators I need to upload chunks of data ranging between 130 to 200 MB. Sometimes the cyber cafes offer connections that go below 1k. It would take days to get news out. From my colleagues I learned you can go to the ISP's directly, and do the upload from their connection, which probably will be a lot closer to the backbone. Am in contact with a few, and they seem quite co-operative.

Hope it does not slow down the users in the cafes too much...

Kenya Wildlife Service darts the elephants from an helicopter with a strong aenestatic. The animals are then transported into a container, that brings the elephants to their new environment. 'They killed eighty of our people,' said a local inhabitant. 'They destroy our crops,' added another. I touched a sleeping elephant. The skin is a bit warm, soft although strong. Hearing these stories, and gasping at a huge sleeping rock, the elephants dropped in my cuddle index. They're also savage and dangerous animals.

Footage & features available for syndication.
