Waiting now for the results of the enquiry that president Museveni from Uganda has started. Already some sources are accusing the Lord Resistance Army in Northern Uganda. Somehow in these occasions somebody needs to be blamed. Understandable, but happily also the SPLM leaders are urging people to stay calm.
