Returned from Turbi in Northern Kenya. The situation on ground is still tense. Editing now features on the massacre. Both legs of a two-year-old girl are penetrated by a spear. She is staring with big eyes to me and to the camera. She is alive and will survive, but 22 children died in the attack. The inhabitants of the village are complaining of being neglected by the Kenyan government. After the attack by the Borana tribe, the Gabbra in Turbi now lost children, and their cattle. They tell that this attack is politically motivated, to chase them from their land. Three MP's of districts around Turbi are summoned to Marsabit for questioning. To be continued.
