Tonight we saw one of last years' movies which I was waiting to see: Bedtime stories. And it turned out to be exactly what the trailer showed us: a fun feel-good movie. We had an excellent time watching it and it's really entertaining. For once Adam Sandler isn't annoying and shows us that he indeed can act and be funny when he wants to.
The idea of the movie is just guaranteed fun: a guy tells a bedtime story to his niece and nephew and finds out that the parts of the story that the kids invent, come to life during the next daytime. Of course he sets out to miss-use this "power", which leads up to some fantasy-full stories and lots of humor.
You want a night of entertainment?! Be sure to get this movie from the rental-store! Highly recommended for the whole family!
