Op de website van Jazz Agent & Promoter Antonello Vitale zijn artiesten te vinden die voor volgend jaar een tour hebben gepland. Een eerste blik op artiesten die beschikbaar zijn tijden het North Sea Jazz Festival 2008 en mogelijk tot de line-up gaan behoren, onderstaande artiesten zijn beschikbaar luglio of estate (juli of zomer) 2008:

  • Gary Burton 4tet featuring Pat Metheny, Steve Swallow and Antonio Sanchez
  • Return to Forever featuring Chick Corea, Al Di Meola, Stanley Clarke and Lenny White
  • Branford Marsalis 4tet
  • Terence Blanchard movie music with Spike Lee (onwaarschijnlijk voor NSJ, project stond ook dit jaar al op het programma)
  • Roy Haynes
  • Kurt Elling
  • Chris Botti
  • Patricia Barber
  • Pat Martino
  • Maria Schneider orchestra with Tomatito
  • Ramsey Lewis
  • Stacey Kent
