I've been tagged

Holy ....., I've been tagged by Jean Ju from ipub. I had to tell five things about myself you do not already know. It's a 'game' among bloggers and works like a chainletter.

Pfff Houtlust is not about me, the work what is shown here is more important. That's why I tell something about myself here and not on the main page.

There are two important things in my life which are in my dna:
- I'm a very addictive person, as soon I like anything I go for it. That's why I don't drink alcohol.
- In life there are two different kind of people: hunters and collectors. I'm certainly a collector but you already know that if you're familiar with this blog.

Are you really want to read on? Ok here are five things which you didn't know I guess.

Besides the love for my wife and daughter and health there is only one thing in life what really matters: cycling.
I always want to be a racing cyclist. When asking my parents for a racebike they forbid that; they never told me but I'm sure it's because that it was a roman-catholic thing in the Netherlands (I grow up in a calvinist family).
After leaving home I did a lot of cycling but no racing. Six years ago I found my passion: mountainbiking. Sporting in nature, feeling totally free and believe me it's better than sex.
I cycled in Sweden, Danmark, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, France and many many times in Engeland. For this year I have plans for cycling in the Italian Alpes.
The person in the video above is not me but I biked overthere last year. It's Luxembourg.
If you want to see more stunning mountain bike video's you had to visit the site of Pete Fagerlin. Some of them are made with a helmet cam.

There is another thing I always want to do being outside. Bird watching. I'm not a an expert but I love to watch them.
My favorite bird is the peregrine, the allmighty falcon.

hellmann's

Don't laugh. I addicted to mayonnaise.
And Hellmann's is heaven.

antenne

I was a radio DJ for many years. At so called pirate stations (illegal radio stations) I made programs playing music from Acid to Jazz and from Industrial to Bhangra. And always mixed with poetry and activist items.

psp

This was the start of my interest in political and social design. This poster is from 1971, I was eleven years old, and it was made for the Dutch Pacifist Socialist Party (PSP). In that year I collected all posters from any political party in the Netherlands which ended with a small exhibition at school. Naked breast in 1971 at a calvinist school, that was super!
The design of the poster is done by George Noordanus. Copy: ontwapenend which have two meanings, disarming and touching.
I always voted the Pacifist Socialist Party until 1989, in that year the PSP went into a GroenLinks (Green Left). I vote them now.

So, pfff, you know my secrets know. The tagging had to go one. And there a other bloggers who can surprise us.
My choices:

- Sebastian Popa from the always surpising blog Militaru (Romania)

- Tadeusz Szewczyk from 1 + 1 = 1 (Germany), because he make a blog I would like to make but not capable of.

- Gillo Cutrupi, a Italian guy living in Amsterdam, from Total Tactics. I would like to see more posts on his blog.

- Firat Yildiz from Elmaaltshift, although I don't speak and read any Turkish Firat make one of the best Adblogs.

- Nev from idUnited because he is blogging about fundraising in a unique way.

- Noah Scalin from ALR Design because he combines idealism and work. And he is a great guy.

Another surprising thing about myself, I can't count :-)
