The PhD course has finished. It was a very good experience (also glad to see that Jacqueline showed up for the last morning session - it was all an administrative confusion - never give up, girl!). In the paper for the course I will reflect on Uma Narayan's method in a discussion of the neutrality of technology by locating/dislocating cultures in technology. I think my example will be expert systems so I can use Diana Forsythe's book. Maybe also Sue Curry Jansen's article on AI.
