Slachtoffers pedofiel stellen staat verantwoordelijk

Patrick, René en Henk werden in hun jeugd alle drie seksueel misbruikt en mishandeld door de Groninger Geert van D. En alle drie deden ze uiteindelijk aangifte bij de politie. Maar, zeggen de slachtoffers, die deed niets met hun noodkreet.

Gevolg: Van D. misbruikte over een periode van twintig jaar nog tientallen andere jongetjes. De inmiddels volwassen mannen beschuldigen de Groningse politie nu van nalatigheid. Ze dagen het korps voor de rechter en stellen in een proces de Nederlandse staat verantwoordelijk. In NOVA hun verhaal.
