Soms kun je ruiken, proeven, voélen dat iemand iets heeft gedaan.
Zonder koffiedik kijken voel je het aan je theewater, zeg maar. Zo ook in deze zaak. Reinier is veroordeeld, op grond van, naar mijn bescheiden mening, nogal 'dun' bewijs. Ik moet nog zien of het bewijs standhoudt in hoger beroep. Ik hoop het echter wel...

Houdt u ons op de hoogte wanneer het hoger beroep tegen Reinier S. zal dienen? Ik heb de volledige rechtszaak gevolgd en ben dan ook voornemens om het hoger beroep ook te gaan volgen.
Het is een interessante zaak met een toch wel verrassende uitspraak vond ik. Wel een uitspraak waar ik het mee eens ben.
Ben benieuwd wat het Gerechtshof in Leeuwarden over deze zaak te zeggen heeft.
