On a lack of updates

We're remodelling and relocating at the office at the moment; in a effort to save money, we are cutting the lease on one of the wings and are relocating the departments in that wing to different parts of the company.

This is taking a tremendous strain on my energy supply and my body, resulting in a wrist injury, which is a double-edged sword.
While trying to give my right wrist a rest, I'm straining my left shoulder.
That sucks, because I need to give it some rest in order for it to heal, but at the same time, lots of stuff is going on which needs to be moved.

Luckily, I have some time off coming up; let's hope I can manage to get back in shape

Cheers, K.

Make sure to use something that checks your time on the computer. It might be annoying, but it prevents stressing your wrists.

is a pretty good (GPL) program that will tell you when to take a break. The commercial competitor of this program is being pre-installed on all laptops that our company uses, and I think it's even officially recognized by the Arbo services.

So if it tells you to take a break, you can point it out to your colleagues, sorry, come back in a minute or so.
Keep yourself in one piece till after Japan and the Con. And preferably afterward as well. ;)

Thanks Freek. :)

The trouble is; I'm more or less fine working on my computer. My trackball and Natural Keyboard Pro are great and since I don't have to twist and turn my wrist, I'm quite capable to do stuff when I have the energy to do so.

I twisted my wrist some more in my sleep last night, so it'll take a while.
I reckon I will board that 777 with the brace in place.
