A bottle of sunblock!
Since I'll be on Okinawa in a week or two (which is a sunny island, by the way, and my skin doesn't respond well to powerful UV-rays), some preparation is in order. So I went to a drugstore and was confronted with a wall, containing a gazillion different brands and varieties of sunscreen, sunblock, pre-sun, aftersun and what have you.
In the end, I settled for the house brand; a 200ml bottle of something rated 50.
Thing is, I don't have the slightest idea whether that's enough or not.
Oh well, we'll see. :) How hard can it be?
Cheers, K.

50 is more than enough and is actually going to keep you your lovely, white shade. I usually settle for 20, whereas Marli (with her more sensitive skin) goes for something over 30. 50 is like a brick wall ;)
You could've asked, you know :)

That's okay. Knowing myself and my scatterbrain, I'd forget to apply the stuff and burn horribly on the first day. :)
I'll try and pick up a bottle of the less blocky stuff as well.

I returned the bottle of 50 and got a 15 instead. Should be OK now.

Turns out I didn't need it after all; I used the stuff for two days, after which I gave up. I think it's been proven that I don't tan easily. :)
