I saw
this bit while checking out some headlines in my RSS-reader, and the quote "Japanese people should not be so trusting of others" really saddens me.
Japan is a country where people most often don't lock their doors (albeit that this occurs more in the countryside compared to the city), where you can walk around without having to lock down your bag and where it's generally safe to be in the first place, as the society is built on abiding the rules set and on trusting one another.
Now, some stupid foreign student abuses this system of trust to have spending money and blames the system for it.
Stupid twit. :(
One of the reasons I like Japan is this system of trust, and as long as you go along with it and do the same, it hopefully will keep on being like that.
As for the exchange students from the article; I hope they'll kick them out of the country back to France, never to be let in again.
