A couple of days ago, this blog completed its second year. Go me.
Well, today's the day and I barely slept a wink, but not due to nerves.
Final day at work was yesterday, but one of my colleagues needed some help last night, so I didn't see my bed until 2:45. =_=
Two hours later, my right leg decided it should cramp up, so I was awake again in milliseconds.
Aaaaaaarrgh! 0_0
Still hurts a bit and I'm walking funny, but that should lighten up during the day.
Good thing, as I still have some things to do. :)
My new telephoto lens is a beauty. A heavy beauty, though; lens and camera body weigh in at 2,8kg, sans flash, but including two batteries and a battery grip. However, the pictures are stunning, and while that is largely due to the guy or gal behind the camera, good equipment is half the battle. :)
Now to get some insurance; I have a meeting at my bank in about two hours to make sure my stuff is insured against theft and damage.
Other things on my to-do involve cleaning my house, doing some dishes, packing the carry-on, visiting my grandfather and get my arse at my mom's place in time for our drive to Schiphol.
The booklets however, are done, the t-shirts look OK and I finished a heap of stuff at work yesterday, so all is well.
