Japanese smartphones

As you may have heard, Japanese smartphones are about 20 years ahead of what we get over here in Europe. Every time I'm visiting Japan, I marvel at the new models, their features and how they use them in everyday life.

To celebrate the milestone of 20 million Symbian-powered phones in Japan, Symbian made a site where they explain what the rest of the world doesn't have, compared to the Japanese. :D
Have fun.

Cheers, K.

So, what you're telling me is that you don't even have UMTS or something like that?

Nope, although they are moving straight from EDGE to HSDPA (or however you spell it).
