Today, a five year old boy died because of an inheritable disease which affects the lungs. While he already was in the hospital because of his condition, he went from bad to worse to death in just one hour.
While I don't know the little man, I feel sorry for his relatives, one of them being a colleague of
Tweakers.net.
I can't bring myself to send my condoleances in the designated forum thread, however, and I can't explain why, other than that I agree with all the others who expressed their sympathy. Maybe it's just that, maybe it has something to do with my grandmother's death last year, or maybe it's something different... I can't really put my finger on it.
I try not to think about it too much either; perhaps a coping mechanism, or something. I don't know.
His name was Arno, my sympathy goes out to those who knew and loved him.
