You know, when you put your mind to it, speaking or writing proper English isn't that hard... Or is it?
Well, apparently,
it is for some people; it's a summary of the first nine chapters of a book called
Artemis Fowl; a book aimed at 9 to 12-year-old children.
The author of the summary is probably 16 years old, and according to her comments, she had to read one of the chapters twice to get a grip.
And here I was, thinking that the English of some of my former colleagues was bad...
