Suffering from a cold in Osaka

Posted on Friday, March 23, 2007 1:25 PM
I must have picked up a bug a while ago, because I'm down with a head cold. Muscle aches all over, a platoon of midgets wielding large hammers running around in my head and despite having set the airco to a comfortable level, cold as hell.

Obviously, I forgot to take paracetamol with me, so I'll have to wait for Niels to return.
I slept most of the time today, both in the Shinkansen and our apartment, as we moved to Osaka today.

I'll be back later; I'm going downstairs to see what the vending machine has to offer in terms of fruit juice, and back to bed.

Cheers, K.

Bummer. Judging from other blogs though (Youri, Willem) you're not the only one. Next time, bring some masks for others to wear over their mouth when they display flue symptoms. :)

Some multivitamins might also help. Doesn't cure influenza, but it does help a bit against fatique and such. http://www.otsuka.co.jp/product/naturemade/item_101/ ^_^

Thanks for the link. :)
I bought a few of those masks yesterday; my co-travellers found it hilarious to see.

Take care buddy. We want you to enjoy the trip, not sleep through it :)

Since I let you raid my Paracetamol cache, I hope it does help you :)
