You know, some things are learnt the hard way, and apparently, sometimes you never learn.
In 1982, I had a small pocket knife, and I was cutting all sorts of stuff with it. Until one day, when I tried to cut something made of ABS plastics; hard as hell, and I still have a nice scar on my thumb on the spot where knife met skin.
Well, it's 25 years later, and I have a nice big
Leatherman Wave.
Stainless steel, with needlenose and regular pliers, double-ended screwdriver bits, a diamond-coated file, a pair of mini-scissors, a ruler, a saw and not one, but two 7cm knives. One of those knives is jagged, so you are able to cut through virtually anything that's softer than the blade.
Tell you what; human skin and tissue is definitly softer than stainless steel.
So apparently, I didn't learn back then, or I just forgot. ;)
