But only just...
It started snowing at the office around noon, and while the snow was firm and didn't just melt away instantly:

It wasn't very persistent either:
So the weather alert KNMI sent out was a little exaggerated, compared to the heavy snow we had about a year ago.
Back then, it took me 3,5 hours to get home, due to the snow turning the roads into a skating ring within a 30km radius of the city I live in. Today, it took 35 minutes; only 10 minutes longer than normal

Mind you, I'm not complaining, but this way those alerts are getting really old, really fast.
Kind of like the boy who cried wolf.

According to national weatherforecaster KNMI, snow is going to wreak havoc today.
This happened last year (March 1); it took me over three hours to get home. Let's see what today will bring; I'll bring my camera. :)
