The first two boxes are in!

One of the wonderful things about Japan (aside from its culture, the temples and the women) is the second-hand market.
It's amazing to see the amount of second-hand something shops, from CDs to art books and everything in between. Most of it looks pretty good too; the Japanese take good care of their things.

So I decided to indulge myself and expand my collection somewhat. Trouble is; all these things add weight to your suitcase, so the other option is to send it home by mail.
Today, two boxes arrived, delivering some stuff at my house without incident. The trick is to send multiple small boxes instead of one large box; it saves you some postage and you spread the risk of loss or theft. :)

I also bought some stuff for the J-pop Foundation; I expect that to arrive sooner and later, as some things were shipped using SAL and other things come by Surface Mail.

Cheers, K.
