Verdomme nog bijna vergeten! (Dank Sjoerd voor de herinnering). Want hoewel de heren v.d. K. en V. nu al vele uren op de fiets hebben gemaakt, heb ik ze er gisteren bij de twee viaduct-sprints effe enorm opgelegd. Ze konden hoogstens, maar dan ook echt hoogstens mijn wiel houden. Erop en erover zat er nog niet bijna in. Kortom, bij deze verklaar ik mezelf voorlopig koploper in het viaduct-sprint klassement.

Ik stond onder aan het viaduct geparkeerd met een rokend achterwiel! Ik kon mijn ongekend hoge trapvermogen met geen mogelijkheid kwijt, dus we kunnen hier spreken van een heuse burnout op de fiets. Dat lukt de meesten van ons alleen op een Japans racemonster met 900cc motorinhoud!

Laten we hopen dat het droog is als we weer in 't buitenland fietsen, want anders ben ik kansloos.
