&lt;P&gt;Woensdag 1 juli 2009 was een prachtige avond. Op Lake side beach (Loosdrecht) hebben 10 uitverkorenen de Frauscher Challenge gevaren.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Alles was perfect; het weer, de boot, de mensen. De wedstrijd was superspannend met slechts honderdsten van seconden verschil tussen nummer &amp;#233;&amp;#233;n en twee.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face=Arial color=#000000 size=2&gt;Mit dem 686 Lido hat man es vorgemacht: Sportboote k&amp;#246;nnen sich wohltuend vom Mainstream abheben und polarisieren, ohne bei der Zielgruppe anzuecken. Das Lido war vielleicht der wichtigste Schritt der Frauschers in Richtung Zukunft, denn die anderen Modelle sind eher im klassischen Runabout-Stil gehalten. Elegant, chic, zeitlos, losgel&amp;#246;st von jeglichem Modetrend, aber vergleichsweise konservativ.&lt;BR&gt;Mit der 909 Benaco setzt Frauscher den logischen Schritt Richtung Zukunft: gr&amp;#246;&amp;#223;er, luxuri&amp;#246;ser, sch&amp;#228;rfer, noch durchgestylter. Nur auf den ersten Blick am Papier schaut einen die Benaco ein bisserl an wie ein gro&amp;#223;es Lido, vor allem wegen der sehr &amp;#228;hnlichen, unkonventionellen Rumpfform: Extrem scharf geschnittener Bug mit hochgezogenem Unterwasser trifft auf Doppelstufenrumpf mit recht flach auslaufendem Unterwasser im Heckbereich.&lt;BR&gt;Wie es sich f&amp;#252;r so ein Boot geh&amp;#246;rt, kommen Wellenantriebe zum Einsatz &amp;#8211; Z-Antriebe w&amp;#228;ren f&amp;#252;r die Frauschers unvorstellbar gewesen und h&amp;#228;tten optisch wie technisch Fragen aufgeworfen, die keiner beantworten wollte. In der vorliegenden Konfiguration sitzen die Motoren nicht zu weit achtern, die Kr&amp;#228;fte werden nach vorne zu Wendegetrieben unter dem Cockpit &amp;#252;bertragen und wieder nach achtern auf zwei sehr lange Wellen geschickt. Damit die speziell in Kurven auftretenden, hohen Belastungen durch die Wellenantriebe optimal aufgenommen werden, stehen Motoren, Getriebe und Tanks auf einer gemeinsamen, einteiligen Alubodengruppe, die au&amp;#223;erdem den Rumpf aussteift &amp;#8211; eine saubere L&amp;#246;sung.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
