In the center: the Laankwartier, one of the five new neighbourhoods, currently in course of construction, on the Rotterdam peninsula of Katendrecht. In the front: the Maashaven harbour basin. Behind the Laankwartier: Poseidon and Neptunus, two residential towers of architctural office DKV (Dolf Dobbelaar, Herman de Kovel en Paul de Vroom).
