Agratax Int. is founded by ing. Han van Riel director and owner of Agratax int. After a period of 20 years of active farming and different functions as committee member Han van Riel started Agratax int. consultancy, with to support projects in East Europe and to make business plans and budgets for large scale farming in East Europe.. The Agra-politics in The Netherlands make more and more farmers looking around abroad. This was for Agratax int. a reason to look around for the less adventures farmer in the EU. Van Riel called attention on France a farmers friendly country where the estates are still payable and under the political umbrella of the "Brussels".
